TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using Hitbox League services, booking a session, or creating a player profile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. DATA TRACKING

All game sessions are tracked by hardware. By participating, you consent to the collection and public display of your in-game statistics including kills, deaths, headshots, objective scores, and match results on your player profile and the public leaderboard.

3. PLAYER CONDUCT

Players must follow all arena rules and marshal instructions. Sensor tampering, physical contact with other players, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal from the session without refund and possible account suspension.

4. BOOKINGS & REFUNDS

Session bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session receive a full refund. No-shows forfeit their payment. Ranked match no-shows may also receive a temporary ranked suspension.

5. LIABILITY

Hitbox League uses infrared technology. While non-contact, physical activity is involved. All participants must sign the activity waiver before their first session. Hitbox League is not liable for injuries sustained during normal gameplay.
